While the airing of the first new episode is still a ways off (these things take time!) we have also been working on a few other videos to tide you over until that happens.

Firstly, we have a small, super-secret SZA-related mini-series which will be coming out before-hand.

And secondly, we have put together a gag reel to show you what life was like on the set of Sharehouse Zombie Apocalypse season one.

(Of course, you’d have already seen this if you were a fan on facebook!)

To cut a long story short: HTML/Wordpress complications arose, ensued, were overcome – and once again, the link works.

So, on to the ‘Status Update’ portion. Where are we at?

Well, we’ve got a second season, of a similar length to the first one, all but penned. The problem being it’ll be a little trickier to shoot than the first. As we found while shooting the first season, story-lines involving zombies have a way of blowing out of proportion. (And that’s why we love them)

Until we find a viable way of funding a second season (either by donations, lottery wins or the invention of a operational and patentable teleporter) we’re going to work on a few other things.

One of these will be a DVD release of the first season, complete with a few special features unique to the DVD.

The others? You’ll just have to wait and find out.

Please, tell your friends. More viewers is the best way for us to keep Sharehouse Zombie Apocalypse afloat. Post links to your twitter feed, to your blog, or just do what I do and staple the URL to your clothing while wandering about the convention centre.

Incidentally, has anybody noticed that when you repeatedly touch certain varieties of cactus with your left index finger, you can sometimes hear the Rwandan national anthem? No? Maybe it’s just me, and I should go back to drinking Merlot, then.
